Reclaimed Trestle Table

Reclaimed trestle table tops which are made from storage boxes.  Having outlived their use over 20 years we have re-purposed them as trestle table tops, tidied the timbers, reassembled them by hand with help from a few tools and added a little colour.  They have great character and show signs of their previous lives including some varnish from their original treatment.

Tables are a great size at 1840 mm long x 840 mm wide.  Made from radiata pine they are solid but still an acceptable weight if tables need to be moved. The tops are still a good size and can be carried by one person.   Long enough to seat 3 people on each side, they can seat a total of 8 people, 3 each side and 2 on the ends.

The colour is a mid brown, dark enough to show their age but not too dark to show every mark in areas of heavy traffic and constant use.  A perfect table if you are looking for a hard worker.

The table tops come with standard plywood trestles.

If you are after a different look we can match them with new pine trestle legs or trestles made from the original box material, also with some varnish.
